You will ensure that technical product strategies are developed and maintained using sound business and technology management practices and it supports business transformation by enabling new capabilities. This position may lead a small matrixed team of our customer employees, System Integrators, operational service providers, and consultants to implement large scale technologies that align with corporate business capabilities. You will participate in budget allocation, Operational Planning, and GRC testimony support. Typical scope of work focuses on very large ($100M+ annual scope) enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and will have responsibility for all stages of the system development life cycle, including analysis, estimation, design, evaluation, demonstration, construction, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support for their product lines. Will need to be able to flex between Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid Execution methods based on the needs of the initiative. During project execution, will be accountable for cost plans, invoices, unit estimates, and work orders. For Agile projects, will employ Agile metrics (Eg: velocity, burn rates) to evaluate the team’s performance and ensure customer is receiving the appropriate level of value for the fixed monthly capacity cost.
