In order to streamline

Its financial accounting processes across all its subsidiaries, Honda Motor Japan initiated the Global Standard Project (GSP), one of the largest SAP implementations in the US. Our founder and SAP Solution Architect, Jay Shah, led this high-visibility project and presented the Solution Architecture of the GSP to the Honda Global Architecture Board, which granted its approval.

Over a period of three years

The GSP project was rolled out in multiple countries, including Japan, United States, Canada, Mexico, UK, Germany, Thailand, Singapore, China, and India. As a result of this successful implementation, Honda Motor Company, Ltd. has been able to consolidate its financial accounting processes and achieve greater operational efficiency across its subsidiaries.
